Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established and respected provider of track, civil engineering, construction, and maintenance services to the rail industry. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major Depot scheme recently secured.

1. Manage Subcontractor Accounts, Cost Reporting, Variations, and Claims.
2. Mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and oversee a Project Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in the rail sector, LU, or depot/station projects within the Main Contracting Environment using NEC Form of Contract.
