Responsibilities

  • Procure and manage sub-contractor packages
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations
  • Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in a QS role, ideally within residential construction
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement methods
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., COINS, Excel)
