What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the Midlands
  • Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance
  • Working across both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases
  • Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision‑making
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors
Qualifications
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience
  • Consultant level experience (not fresh graduate) in Quantity Surveying with a focus on highways
  • Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract estimating
  • Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy and contractor experience)
  • Understanding of cost intelligence/data‑driven cost management
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, question, and grow
