We're looking for a Project Quality Manager to join the team working on a major upgrade of the Rolls Royce site in Derby. This is a key role on a large-scale construction programme that supports future UK Government projects and investment in advanced manufacturing capability.

As the Project Quality Manager, you'll help shape and deliver a culture of quality across all phases of the project - from design and construction through to commissioning and handover. You'll be a trusted voice on quality matters, helping ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards, safely, efficiently, and with lasting value.

What you'll be doing

You'll be:

  • Developing and leading the implementation of the project's Quality Management Plan
  • Working with contractors, consultants, and client teams to align quality expectations and deliverables
  • Supporting quality assurance and control activities throughout the construction process
  • Leading inspections, audits, and tracking quality performance across the project lifecycle
  • Helping identify and resolve quality issues and promoting continuous improvement
  • Providing guidance and support to the wider project team to embed best practices in quality

Who we're looking for

You'll have:

  • Experience managing quality on complex construction or infrastructure projects - ideally in regulated sectors like defence, aerospace, or nuclear
  • A strong working knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and familiarity with CDM regulations
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • A background in engineering, construction, or quality management with relevant qualifications (e.g., CQI, IRCA, NEBOSH or similar)
  • Experience in secure or highly regulated environments is a plus but not essential
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Government security clearance

- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)

- Pension, share incentive plan, volunteering leave, recognition schemes, and much more...
