Project Quality Lead - Onsite

Project Quality Lead - Onsite

We are looking for a Project Quality Lead to join our Quality team in Royston.

This position is a full-time, permanent role based on site in Royston. The site is 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and just off A505, so it’s easy to get to.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of the quality group and manage quality-related operational activities related to the product, validation of the product, and root cause analysis.
  • Design and approve design reviews and risk management for the product, approve specifications for outsourced parts.
  • Approve product and process reports, and review project documentation for compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring overall quality of the project throughout the product lifecycle by implementing QMS procedures.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in the implementation of design and risk control activities.
  • Participate actively in design reviews and risk management.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing project quality documentation.
  • Liaise with Project Lead, Product Development, suppliers, and other colleagues globally.

What will convince us

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in providing Quality Management support in product development, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of Quality standards and practices (such as ISO, GMP, Medical device).
  • Experience in leading or coordinating teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive approach.
  • Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking, both short-term and long-term planning.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize various tasks.
