With a solid reputation across multiple industrial sectors, they are known for delivering complex and high-specification projects to a wide customer base. The
successful candidate will focus on ensuring quality requirements are embedded and maintained throughout the lifecycle of various engineering projects.

This includes creating and managing project quality plans, inspection and test plans, conducting audits, supporting validation activities, and working closely with project teams across engineering, production, and management. There will also be regular engagement with customers and suppliers to align on quality expectations.

In
return, they are offering a competitive salary up to £43,000 alongside a 3.5% performance-related bonus. The package includes 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a company pension scheme, access to travel and expense tools, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

This is a permanent, full-time role with the chance to work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors within a supportive and well-established engineering environment.

Roles
and Responsibilities

* Create and maintain Project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans to meet internal and customer-specific requirements

* Conduct process audits and ensure project adherence to quality standards throughout the lifecycle

* Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to align on quality expectations

* Engage with suppliers and customers to clarify and support quality compliance

* Leador support Advanced Product Quality Planning and validation activities

* Investigate and resolve non-conformances, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are documented

* Prepare technical reports, quality summaries, and communicate findings to key stakeholders

* Support change control processes and ensure all modifications are assessed for quality impact

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and performance monitoring across projects

Skills and Experience

* HND or Degree qualified in an engineering or manufacturing-related discipline

* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with strong quality focus

* Hands-on knowledge of quality tools such as Six Sigma or Lean principles

* Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

* Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong communication and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

* Able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

* Full UK driving licence required
