Qualifications

  • HND or Degree qualified in Quality Assurance or Engineering.
  • Experience in auditing (ISO9001).
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Establish client confidence through effective management of Quality documents.
  • Assist in interpretation and adherence to Client Quality requirements.
  • Manage and control Project Quality Plans.
  • Inspect project Free Issue Materials.
  • Liaise on non-conforming issues and quality requirements.

Skills

Job Purpose

To establish client confidence through the effective management and delivery of all Quality related documents including specifications, products and equipment required for successful completion of all project related activities. Liaison with the Project Team on all Quality aspects of the project and the interpretation of client Quality requirements.

Job Description
  • To assist in the interpretation of and adherence to all Client Quality requirements and specifications related to the project, enabling Quality Planning to be effective.
  • To manage and control the associated Project Quality Plans, Project HSE Plans and ITPs relating to a specific project, and to be the client primary contact for QHSE activities on assigned projects.
  • To inspect (client to be in attendance) all project Free Issue Materials, ensuring onsite acceptance and equipment protection and traceability.
  • To liaise with the client and manufacturing departments and suppliers (as support to SQA when necessary) on all non-conforming issues and quality requirements, including agreed actions and concession management.
  • To support/coordinate the Quality Control department in the compilation of Project Data books.
  • Support as and when required both the SQA and QC on project related matters both internally (manufacturing) and externally (supply chain).
  • To assist the project team in the effective running of the project thereby achieving a satisfactory conclusion, including attendance at project meetings, audits, reviews, pre-production meetings, internally and at clients.
  • To review, monitor and provide support to the Umbilical Manufacturing tracker process.
  • To close out and manage all project related NCRs promptly.
