Job summary

Sony is offering an internship/year placement in Weybridge, with involvement across property, facilities and project management. You’ll help manage office spaces, work with vendors, and maximise value on Sony sites in Weybridge and Basingstoke.

The role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement. We value proactive, well-organised self-starters who enjoy learning in a global team.

Job description

• Manage and support the coordination and delivery of property projects across Europe, including construction, refurbishment, and office fit-out projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Help to monitor project progress, budget control, and risk management.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other external partners to ensure project goals are met.
• Assist with project reporting, data analysis, and project documentation.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and project updates for senior management.
• Join site visits and participate in meetings with different project collaborators.

  We're looking for a proactive, organised, self-starter who's keen to experience Project & Property Management in all its glory. You'll manage office spaces, work with vendors, and maximise value across our sites. You'll also support our Property, Facilities, and Project Management teams in Weybridge and Basingstoke.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are advantageous.

  After we have carefully reviewed all the video interviews, those who successfully meet our hiring criteria will be invited to an interview with our hiring team.

Over 12 months, you'll help deliver global, business-critical property projects, gaining hands‑on experience in project management, customer engagement, and contract management. You'll also see what it takes to run our estate day‑to‑day alongside expert consultants and contractors. This internship/student placement year placement offers real responsibility, exposure to large‑scale projects, and a powerful mix of transferable skills to kick‑start your career in a global organisation.
