PA Consulting in London is seeking a delivery professional to join our Centre of Excellence for delivering complex programmes and portfolios in Financial Services. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, partner with senior executives, and drive value through digital transformation, data and technology-enabled change while focusing on outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation and value realisation.
• Deliver complex technology-enabled change across banking, insurance, wealth management or financial market infrastructure organisations.
• Lead digital product, platform or customer experience transformation initiatives.
• Deliver data, analytics, AI or automation programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Manage complex technology delivery involving cloud, applications, infrastructure or platform modernisation.
• Establish agile delivery models, product organisations or scaled agile ways of working.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including business, technology, data and architecture stakeholders.
• Translate business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Deliver transformation in highly regulated environments whilst balancing innovation and risk.
• Build client capability through PMOs, Transformation Offices and delivery excellence functions.

Our Delivery Team is PA's Centre of Excellence for all project, programme and portfolio capability. The team has a great reputation for realising high value outcomes for our clients by supporting and leading delivery across the most critical projects, programmes and portfolios. Developing meaningful and long-standing partnerships with our clients, the team also has an extensive track record of providing crucial advisory services and building delivery capability and delivery excellence for client teams at all levels.

Our growing team covers the full spectrum of delivery expertise. Our experience ranges from supporting highly complex business transformations, to delivering infrastructure and engineering projects, through to providing deep technical expertise on IT and technology driven change. We are able to provide deep sector insight and bring fresh perspectives to delivery challenges.

• Leading a Tier 1 UK bank through a major digital and agile transformation programme
• Delivering cloud and platform modernisation for a leading financial institution
• Supporting a wealth manager to implement AI-enabled operational improvements

We are looking for candidates with the potential to become future leaders within the firm. Our Delivery team goes far beyond traditional programme management. We are seeking individuals who combine outstanding delivery capability with deep expertise in digital and technology-enabled transformation within Financial Services.

The strongest candidates will bring experience of helping financial institutions modernise their businesses through digital, data and technology-enabled change, whilst maintaining a relentless focus on business outcomes, customer value and transformation delivery.

We would expect you to demonstrate experience in at least three of the following:
