Our client is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement activities, subcontractor invoicing, and supplier relationships for major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify subcontractor invoices, ensuring compliance with scope and commercial terms.
Prepare and manage POs, supplier quotations, and delivery schedules in line with project timelines.
Coordinate closely with UK PMs and Seoul Procurement to ensure aligned execution and reporting.
Act as primary contact for UK-based subcontractors, supporting scope clarification and payment coordination.
Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor supplier performance and documentation.
Support variation claims tracking and assist in drafting Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and Compensation Event Notifications (CENs).
Contribute to vendor risk reviews and continuous improvement of procurement systems.
2–5 years’ experience in procurement, commercial coordination, or project support
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of procurement systems and Excel
Fluent in English and understanding of contract/procurement workflows
Preferred:
Experience in energy or infrastructure sectors (e.g., BESS, GIS, HV equipment)
Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent tools
Supplier milestone tracking and risk evaluation exposure
Comfortable working with multicultural and multi-location teams
Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional Korean language skills are a plus
