Are you an experienced Public Sector Procurement Professional looking for a dynamic and flexible role? Our Public Sector Client is expanding and seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement projects across Scotland.

This remote, project-based position offers the opportunity to work across different organisations, managing procurement projects across various categories. You will play a key role in delivering professional procurement services, managing frameworks, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Experience and Knowledge required for the role?

  • Strong experience in procurement within the public sector.
  • Solid understanding of Scottish/UK procurement regulations, including Public Contracts (Scotland) and PRA (Scotland) Act.
  • Ability to manage procurement projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships and delivering a first-class procurement service.
  • Strong knowledge of the social, environmental, and ethical impacts of procurement.
