Duration: 26 Weeks
Pay Rate: £70 to £90 Hourly via umbrella company (Depending on experience)

The impact of the Planning Discipline Lead
We seek an individual to develop and maintain a strong project planning & scheduling community across our Mission Systems business. Reporting to the Head of PM&PC, you will collaborate with other Discipline Leads to embed best practices, governance, and techniques aligned with group policies, focusing on proactive delivery approaches.
You will support the integration of enterprise-level planning & scheduling tools, ensuring standardization across the portfolio. As Discipline Lead, you will mentor and develop planning professionals and work with the PM&PC Operations Lead to build a pipeline of qualified professionals.
As a leader, you naturally collaborate, own and deliver results, champion high performance, and challenge the status quo. You are self-motivated and capable of transforming complex problems into simple solutions.
Strong communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
