Job summary

Royal IHC is expanding its UK planning team to deliver complex capital projects in the offshore energy sector. The Planner will partner with project managers and engineering teams to coordinate schedules, manage data, and support on-time, on-budget delivery across varied projects.

You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project, identify critical paths and risks, prepare progress and performance reports for senior management, and contribute to earned value tracking while upholding governance and safety

Qualifications

Proven ability to plan and manage large capital projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with project analytics and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to collect progress data.
Identify critical paths, risks, and mitigation options to keep schedules on track.
Prepare regular progress and performance reports for senior management.
Contribute to earned value and performance tracking processes.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and safety standards.
