Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables based on business goals and client requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure proper sequencing of activities.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide cost forecasts to keep projects within financial constraints.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimise disruptions.
  • Conduct impact assessments and recommend corrective actions when project deviations occur.
  • Track project performance against the baseline schedule and generate progress reports.
  • Provide detailed analysis of project status, delays, and recovery plans.
  • Prepare dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment between departments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong project scheduling and planning abilities (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Knowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Experience in project lifecycle management and critical path analysis
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
