Job Title: Project Planner (Contract)

Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension up to 2 Years)
We are seeking an experienced
Project Planner to support a major programme based in
Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and maintain NEC4-compliant construction project plans
- Consolidate multiple project schedules into a unified master programme, incorporating subcontractor input
- Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Produce resource profiles from detailed plans
- Engage with subcontractors and support plan coordination across multiple stakeholders
Essential Experience
- NEC4 programme plan development and management
- End-to-end construction planning experience, including RIBA/design stages
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex project schedules
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Primavera P6
- Experience using CEMAR for contract and document management
- Subcontractor management experience in a planning context
