The role

As a Senior Project Planner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring complex nuclear projects are effectively planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the creation, maintenance and analysis of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to drive delivery across multidisciplinary programmes.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Analyse project data to identify risks, trends, and delays
• Integrate planning with cost, risk, and resource data to provide a holistic view of project status
• Communicate schedule updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across all workstreams
  
  
  

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential Experience Of The Senior Project Planner

• Background in planning within large-scale, complex projects (preferably within nuclear, defence, or infrastructure sectors)
• Proven understanding of critical path, earned value, and schedule risk analysis
• Extensive and demonstrable experience using Primavera P6 in a project delivery environment
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Senior Project Planner

• Degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, or a related field
• Recognised planning or project controls qualification is desirable
