Job description

As a Project Planner, you will work across multiple projects for clients and contractors in the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Producing high-quality programmes for tenders and live projects, covering pre-construction and construction phases.
  2. Monitoring and controlling project effectiveness, tracking key outputs, and advising on deviations.
  3. Assisting project teams in delivering projects on time and efficiently.
  4. Preparing resource allocation plans and identifying scope changes to produce impacted programmes.
  5. Developing claims for Extension of Time and supporting narratives.
  6. Conveying project data and information to teams and preparing regular reports and dashboards.
  7. Gathering data, updating schedules, and developing reliable forecasts with team support.

This role can be based in central London or Kent, with offices in both locations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering or construction degree or equivalent. Operational experience (e.g., site engineer/agent) combined with planning experience is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate stability with a minimum of 2 years at each previous employer.
