ambitious brands in architecture, property, and place.

DBOX was conceived by three founders who studied and taught at The School of Art & Architecture at Cornell University. Their early studies with computer-generated imagery helped initiate the computer graphics industry as it exists today.

Today, DBOX is composed of 5 studios and 100+ DBOXers, offering expertise across multiple disciplines and delivering strategy and creative communications for global marketing campaigns.

Project Planner

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented and proactive individual, with experience in resource planning and managing complex project schedules in a creative agency.

The Project Planner will have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise, with experience in operations and forecasting. They will play an important role in the successful delivery of our projects.

The ideal candidate will work well alongside our creative and operational teams and become an important part of our culture and growth.

Your Responsibilities

Managing the creative teams’ schedules

Budget planning

Reporting monthly KPIs on project progress and performance

Administrative support and assisting the Creative, Account and Finance Teams

Managing third-parties

CRM management

Communicating client briefs to the creative teams
