Job summary

Peregrine is recruiting for a Project Planner to support the Home Office programme by developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, analysing plans to identify critical paths, and providing planning insight to support delivery against milestones.

The role requires active SC clearance, governance data handling, risk and dependency management, and the ability to drive planning quality across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Planner in a complex delivery environment.
• Extensive experience and competence in using Microsoft Project.
• Ability to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and scheduling conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining multiple project plans.

Brief summary of work to be carried out:

The Project Planner will support the successful delivery of ESMCP by developing, maintaining, and assuring high-quality, integrated project schedules. The role includes analysing plans to identify critical paths, monitoring progress, and providing planning insight to support effective decision-making and delivery against key milestones.

Working across multiple projects and workstreams, the role will produce planning data for governance, facilitate stakeholder engagement, maintain planning tools, and ensure alignment with programme standards. The Project Planner will also support risk, issue, and dependency management, drive planning quality, and contribute to continuous improvement of programme planning practices.

1. Developing and maintaining multiple project plans
