Conrad Consulting is working with a small yet rapidly growing architectural practice based in Northampton, East Midlands. They are seeking a talented Project or Senior Architect to join their team during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.

The practice specializes in designing and delivering projects that emphasize creativity and functionality. Their portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, primarily in Residential architecture, from bespoke single homes to multi-unit developments across the UK. They also undertake Commercial projects, including office spaces, retail, and community halls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the residential sector and experience in other areas. Required skills and qualifications include:

• UK recognised qualifications in Architecture and full ARB registration & RIBA Chartered status
• Approximately 3-5+ years' post-qualification experience
• Experience with volume housebuilders is preferred
• Proficiency in Archicad is advantageous
• Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration
