We are seeking to recruit a Project Officer to join the Registry Student Systems Team.
The Student Systems Team are responsible for the direction, development, and support of essential systems, including the Student Management System (SITS), the academic administration portal (e:Vision), and the Student Information Desk (SiD).
In this role, you will take responsibility for all aspects of business analysis and project work related to the development and enhancement of the student records system, SITS. You will work closely with the Head of Student Systems and Deputy Manager to lead and support system developments across key components, including Admissions, Course Records, and Student Records. You will oversee the planning, development, testing, and deployment of new system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and optimum performance. You will drive system improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external software suppliers to enhance the digital landscape.
