Contract: FTC until March 2027, Full-Time
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Persona: Agile (20-40% in office and 3-4 days working from home)

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and passionate
Project Officer to support our Stock Rationalisation Team in delivering a programme of tenanted stock transfers to/from other Registered Providers or Local Authorities.
You’ll join a small team working closely with multiple departments across L&Q. The Stock Transfer projects require input from all business areas, so strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
The Main Duties Will Include
- Supporting the team in the collation, review and accuracy of data and files to populate project Data Rooms. This will require an intermediate level of Excel ability (pivot tables, v-lookups etc.)
- Working with internal departments and external parties, to resolve property and tenant queries to ensure a smooth transfer of homes and residents
- Support the Project Managers with in-person and online consultation meetings across relevant projects that will include some travel and out of hours attendance (this will be agreed with notice and expenses paid)
- Providing administrative support to the Stock Rationalisation Team
Essential Skills Include
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Intermediate Excel and MS Office ability
- Experienced in providing high-level Customer service
- Good project co-ordination and organisation skills
While knowledge of stock rationalisation/stock transfer is desirable, we would welcome candidates with transferrable skills and a background in housing and/or asset management.
