Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Project Officer to join Rugby Borough Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This full-time role runs 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in Rugby.

The role includes developing and delivering reviews of Independent Living Services, Lifeline and Out of Hours Services, and assisting with the setup of SLAs for property management. Ideal candidates will have social housing experience and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in social housing or a related field.
• Ability to produce written reports in a timely & accurate way
• Strong IT skills required.
• Full current driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a review of the Independent Living Services provided by the Council including the redesignation of stock project.
• Contribute to the review and changes to Lifeline and Out of Hours Services.
• Assist in the setting up of a successful service level agreement with another Local Authority to deliver property management services to a specific site.
• Contribute to a review of rents and service charges.
• Work with the Housing Services and Communities and Project Teams on tenant consultation events
• Work on a review of tenancy terms and conditions.
