Project Officer needed in Enfield Paying £20.74 per hr Ref 1562677

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

    • Support the delivery of change initiatives within Children’s Services by coordinating tasks, communications, and governance activities.
    • Assist the Director of Children’s Service Transformation and Project Manager in organising project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and delivering specific project tasks.
    • Take a proactive approach to resolving issues, including conducting process mapping, data analysis, and facilitating collaboration to identify solutions.
    • Ensure governance standards are upheld across transformation and IT change activities, including timely production of reports, documentation, and meeting materials.
    • Support documentation efforts including formal recording of plans, actions, designs, and tracking of risks, issues, and benefits realisation.
    • Organise meetings and events, including venue coordination and preparation of papers for Strategy Boards and other governance forums.
