Job summary

Changeworks is seeking a motivated Project Officer to lead and support the delivery of domestic retrofit projects across Scotland. You will coordinate between contractors and clients, engaging with householders and other stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in chairing progress meetings and managing multiple contractors.

Qualifications

About The Role

Positioned within the Delivery Directorate at Changeworks, the Retrofit Delivery team functions as a Managing Agent for Local Authorities and Housing Associations. We oversee a diverse portfolio of energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects throughout Scotland, specifically designed to mitigate fuel poverty and reduce environmental impact.

We are currently seeking a motivated Project Officer to lead on and support delivery of our domestic retrofit projects. The successful candidate will excel at stakeholder management, coordinating effectively between contractors and clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as this role serves as a central point for project delivery which will involve chairing progress meetings, managing contractors and direct engagement with a range of stakeholders including householders.
