EC Recruitment Group is working with a market-leading Project and Bank Monitoring Consultancy to recruit a Senior or Associate level Fund Monitoring Surveyor for its London office. You will work on mixed-use, residential, commercial, hotels, retail and industrial schemes around London and the South East.

A Project and Bank Monitoring Specialist Consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior or Associate level Fund Monitoring Surveyor for its London office. Being a leader in the market, this company works on multiple leading projects in and around London and the South East. A variety of projects in Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Retail and Industrial will be available for you to work on, accompanied by a market leading salary & bonus package.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• QS/Building Surveying background, with some previous monitoring experience
• An understanding on the expectations of the role and a clear career drive to specialise in this.
