Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a permanent role in its Group IT Delivery function. You will own end-to-end delivery, from planning to implementation, leading complex technology changes across multiple business units and third-party suppliers.

The ideal candidate offers strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, risks and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior influence.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Experience with budgets, risks, resources and timelines.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Customer-facing tech or ERP experience is a plus.
• Multi-site business experience useful.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable.
• German or Italian language skills are highly desirable.

I’m working with a leading consumer-facing organisation looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join its Group IT Delivery function.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has full end-to-end project ownership, from initial planning and requirements through to implementation and successful delivery. You'll lead complex, technology-enabled change projects involving multiple business functions, IT teams and third-party suppliers.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong end-to-end IT project delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Comfortable managing budgets, risks, resources and timelines
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Experience with customer-facing technology and/or ERP systems advantageous

The ideal candidate will be have:

• Customer-facing technology experience, such as POS/self-service systems
• ERP/internal business systems experience
• Multi-site business experience
• PMP / PRINCE2 or similar qualification
• German or Italian language skills are highly desirable.
