Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and transformation programmes aligned with Council priorities and service objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, milestones, resource schedules, risk registers and governance documents.
• Monitor project performance, manage budgets, track benefits realisation and escalate issues with corrective actions.
• Coordinate project boards and stakeholder meetings, delivering progress reports and informed recommendations.
