Job Title: Project Manager with Secretariat Skills
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings in and around London)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (with flexible options available for the right candidate)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager with Secretariat Skills to lead the coordination of key projects, steer external consultants, and ensure clear and timely communication across our team and Board. This will require a balance of strategic oversight and operational detail and would be ideal for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic and focused small team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the original scope. You will also play a central role in preparing briefings, updating the team and other stakeholders, as well as supporting broader work streams, including secretariat support to forum meetings and the coordination of events.
