You will be based in stunning, modern open-plan Mayfair offices amongst a driven, dynamic, and fun team. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, use initiative, and work independently or as part of a team are essential. Excellent communication skills, rapport-building, and a confident phone manner are required, especially when liaising with high-profile clients and candidates. Attention to detail is critical, particularly for client and candidate-facing documents. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Executive Search or a similar professional services role, a strong academic record, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to learn the firm’s internal database system.
