Job Description:

Are you a detail-driven project manager with a passion for delivering slick, user-focused websites? Techcare.digital is on the lookout for a talented Website Project Manager based in the West Midlands to join our growing team and help bring ambitious digital experiences to life.

About Us

At Techcare.digital, we’re a creative digital agency based in the heart of the West Midlands, delivering websites, apps, and bespoke digital systems that make a real difference for our clients. Our culture is fast-paced but supportive, and we’re all about using tech to solve real-world problems.

We're not your average agency – we value collaboration, clean design, smart development, and strong project delivery. If you're someone who loves seeing a plan come together, this is the role for you.

The Role

As Website Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end website and other digital projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly – from kickoff meetings and briefings through to testing, deployment, and client handover.

You’ll work closely with our designers, developers, and clients to ensure that timelines are hit, quality is maintained, and communication is seamless throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage website builds and digital projects from concept to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Work with internal teams (design, development, content) to coordinate workflows
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and manage testing before launch
  • Support with post-launch updates and ongoing support queries
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital project management, preferably agency-side
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, CMS platforms (like WordPress), and UX principles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Monday, Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine love for digital
What You’ll Get
  • £35,000 annual salary
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work options
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking digital agency
  • Regular team socials and a collaborative, supportive work environment
  • Personal development and training opportunities
