Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure business, supporting clients in delivering water projects and programs across the Midlands.

This role is suitable for Project Managers from a civil engineering background, preferably with water sector experience and NEC accreditation.

Typically, Project Managers handle commissions ranging from £1m to £10m, depending on project complexity, with larger projects when supporting roles are involved.

1. Lead project management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
2. Support major project management commissions, focusing on specific aspects of service delivery.
3. Ensure client objectives are met, projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

Key Performance Indicators

• Manage projects to quality, time, and budget standards.
• Deliver projects that meet client objectives and contractual conditions.
• Lead project teams effectively.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Discharge general line management responsibilities effectively.
• Identify and act upon business development opportunities.
• Monitor financial status of projects.
• Communicate key information effectively and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred.
• Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc., preferred.
• Degree in a construction-related subject is ideal.
