Job Opportunity: Project Manager / Senior Site Agent - Water Division

Anderselite is currently working with a tier 1 contractor seeking a Project Manager (or a Senior Site Agent ready to step up) to join their Water Division.

Location: Kingston area | Salary: £60-65k + benefits

Key Duties:

1. Assume responsibility for the financial performance of each project.
2. Participate in monthly financial reviews with the Commercial Team.
3. Contribute to creating a 'knowingly safe' working environment.
4. Plan and coordinate projects prior to commencement.
5. Coordinate and control initial setup, including initiating company systems and procedures.
6. Control and monitor the efficient progress of works.
7. Liaise with the design team to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
8. Maintain a culture focused on satisfying customer requirements.
9. Administer the valuation system to maximize cash flow and profitability.
10. Ensure quality standards are met through proper systems and procedures.
11. Plan, coordinate, and develop staff and operative levels for current and future workloads.
12. Monitor and record individual performances, providing encouragement or disciplinary actions as necessary.

About You:

• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor in a similar role is essential.
• Experience within the Water Industry is essential.
• Relevant qualifications such as ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ are required.
