Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team and yourself for smooth efficient warehouse operations.
On Time Product Delivery: Manage warehouse inventory and assist in daily picking/packing and shipping operations.
Project Management: Manage website operations and ecommerce projects so that we can launch and test new products online to our customers.
As the Warehouse Project Manager, you will be responsible for inventory management, picking/packing products to ship to our customers daily, and also assisting our team with launching new products online.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in project management and warehouse operations is not required. We hire for attitude, problem solving aptitude, work ethic, & culture fit.
Ability to diagnose and solve difficult problems on your own.
Ability to communicate through both verbal and written in a clear, respectful, and honest manner.
You must pass a rigorous background check.
You must have a high school diploma.
Physical Demands Requirements:
This role includes physical labor.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
Hearing and speaking to exchange information in person or on the telephone.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
Frequently sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Regularly walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Occasionally required to climb or balance on ladders to reach supplies and equipment.
Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing more than 50 lbs.
Regularly reach overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally.

Pay: $33.00 hourly Expected hours: Approximately 20 hours per week Location: Onsite in Bristol, CT. This job does NOT offer remote work.
