The Role

Lead the site from build through to successful delivery
Manage all stakeholders, site teams & external consultants
Ensure projects are delivered on time & on budget
Report directly to the Construction Director

The Ideal Candidate

Technically competent with strong project management skills
A natural leader who can drive teams to success
Proactive & solution-focused approach
Experience in residential development preferred
