Job Description:

This is a success story which was born 10 years ago, a firm that is deeply passionate and experienced in developing incredible events and building venues that capture and lift the fan experience and include state of the art technology.

Based in the heart of London in a lovely new Head Office near to London Bridge, working as part of a Team of 5 currently and the wider business is circa 40+ staff.

Working as part of the Venue Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering projects across the UK and potentially overseas for clients.

Candidates will have a very good understanding of RIBA 1-7 and have worked on projects in both the pre-construction phase and delivery. Contract knowledge and experience using NEC and JCT contracts are preferable.

In terms of experience candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

1. Previous experience working in new build projects (Any Sector) values of £30 million plus
2. Ideally a full Member of the RICS, APM, CIOB
3. Experience either working for a Professional Services Built Environment Consultancy or in a Client Side role.
4. Good technical understanding of JCT and NEC Contract types

On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits to include a discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday, private pension, private medical and much more.

Flexible working on offer with staff expected in 2 days per week at a minimum.
