UTILITIES PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED IN AYLESBURY, GBP450 - GBP550 PER DAY.

Job Title: Utilities Project Manager
Location: Aylesbury, UK
Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Pay Rate: Up to GBP550 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS Certification: Essential for ensuring site safety and compliance.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing water and utility projects.
  • CSCS Card: Black/Gold CSCS card required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
