A leading healthcare provider in Coventry is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic programmes. You will provide comprehensive project management support and facilitate meetings with clinical and non-clinical staff. Ideal candidates will have strong project management and communication skills. This role is essential for driving improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
As part of the Programme Management Office (PMO) you will work in collaboration with the Trust’s Clinical and Non-Clinical Groups and Departments to support the delivery of strategic objectives.
The post holder will provide full project management support for Strategic Programmes. In addition, you will provide support to clinical and non‑clinical staff in delivering project objectives and benefits and facilitation of meetings and workshops to ensure all key stakeholders are engaged. Analysis of data will be key in informing our Clinical Groups and Corporate Departments to enable them to improve services.
