  • Ensure tenders comply with company guidelines and have appropriate approvals.
  • Liaise with legal and commercial teams to manage risk through suitable Terms & Conditions.
  • Plan, brief, and mobilize all required personnel, tooling, and sub-vendors to support equipment inspection, repair, and re-commissioning activities.
  • Oversee project timelines, profitability, and financial management, including invoicing and payments.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to reduce risk and enhance future opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • An engineering background is preferred; however, candidates with substantial experience managing complex projects related to steam turbines and/or multistage compression equipment will be considered.
  • Experience in contract negotiation within a commercial environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • People leadership skills.
  • Influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary.
  • 33 days of annual leave.
  • Defined pension contribution.
  • Confidential support and guidance through our Employee Assistance Programmes.
  • Access to discounts on shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle.
  • Option to apply for a Costco membership for exclusive offers.
  • Discounted Personal Car Leasing for you, family, and friends.
  • Long Service Awards for employee longevity.
  • Learning and development opportunities through Sulzer Learning Pathways.
  • Free onsite parking with electric charging facilities.
