Job description

Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading Turbine servicing company to recruit a Project Manager for its office in Lincoln.

The Project Manager role offers a starting salary of up to £60,000.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will:

1. Manage all aspects of the project from risk review on the quote, working with the customer on scope and purchase order, through to final invoicing and closeout.
2. Provide guidance and leadership to the team, serving as the point of contact internally and externally for the project.
3. Monitor key deliverables, including regular reporting of RAID logs, change logs, and project plans.
4. Attend customer visits within the UK or internationally, depending on contract size.
5. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring reviews are conducted, including financial, risk, and contractual aspects, and escalate issues when needed.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• A Project Management qualification or relevant experience.
• A degree in Engineering or a Business-related subject.
• At least 3 years of project management experience leading multiple projects.
• Understanding of contract terms and conditions related to clients and purchasing.
• Knowledge of industrial Gas Turbines and auxiliary systems is a strong advantage.
