About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to work with a reputable pizza company. You will deliver outstanding interior fit-out projects across the high-street, retail, and travel sectors, with training provided alongside experienced project managers.

The project manager will oversee interior fit-out projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Duties

1. Oversee daily operations across multiple areas, ensuring efficiency and success.
2. Collaborate with team members on projects, offering support and innovative ideas.
3. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, using effective time management.
4. Learn to use Civil 3D software for project planning and execution.
5. Research and analyze to identify organizational improvements.
6. Create presentations and reports for management.
7. Assist in developing and managing project plans.
8. Participate in site meetings to monitor progress.
9. Develop health and safety strategies, and assess risks.
10. Maintain professional communication with clients and teams.
11. Manage contract variations and oversee subcontractor bills.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or site work is advantageous but not required—training available.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• At least one year of experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• NVQ Level 3 in shopfitting/bench joinery and HNC or higher qualifications are desirable but not essential.
