As the Project Manager - NPD, you'll be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end delivery of new product development projects across the Myprotein portfolio. Acting as the operational engine of the Product function, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Product Development, Compliance, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing and Manufacturing, to ensure all new products launch on time, to specification, and aligned to brand and commercial objectives. This role is pivotal in managing timelines, maintaining project discipline, removing blockers, and enabling the smooth execution of THG's innovation pipeline. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment and bring structure, clarity and pace to complex product development workflows.
