Your Role as Project Manager – Technology

You will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, high-impact technology programmes that are strategically aligned with Colart’s business objectives. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders across the organisation and ensuring projects deliver value within the agreed scope, budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Programme and Project Delivery:

  • Lead high-visibility programmes involving multiple workstreams or integrated projects, ensuring achievement of business outcomes.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define strategic priorities, business cases and value-driven roadmaps.
  • Translate complex business objectives into executable delivery plans using best-in-class agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Champion the adoption of Colart’s project governance framework and provide transparent updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks and resource constraints across a portfolio of projects.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and support Project Managers and team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Define and evolve project delivery standards and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clarity of scope and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prince2 / PMP / AgilePM or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience of project management in a technology environment.
  • Experience leading complex digital transformation or enterprise system projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-vendor delivery and globally distributed teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
