The Tech & Public Policy Program at the McCourt School seeks a motivated Project Manager to oversee two training cohorts for the Congressional Digital Government Fellowship, a grant-funded project ending in August 2026. The project pilots bipartisan fellowships for Congressional staff to explore emerging technology's role in public policy, running from June 2025 to August 2026.
The part-time Program Manager will handle daily operations, including recruiting fellows, coordinating sessions, and communicating with stakeholders.
The Project Manager reports to Michelle De Mooy, TPP Director, and collaborates with faculty to develop curriculum, work with external stakeholders, and support project execution. Administrative support is provided by TPP staff.

$22.88 - $42.10 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
