Location: Filton, Bristol

Hybrid: 1-3 days per week on site

Clearance: BPSS level

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Definition: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, comprising members from Procurement, Logistics, Quality, IT, Engineering, Production, and other relevant departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. This involves regular communication, workshops, and steering committee meetings.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., technical, operational, financial, human resources).
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure project completion within defined constraints.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Provide regular status reports to senior management.
  • Benefit Realization: Ensure that project outcomes deliver the expected benefits and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the clientsupply chain.

Hybrid working The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Security Clearance
