Specsavers is looking for a Project Manager to lead supply chain projects across various departments. You will leverage your project management expertise to shape key projects, ensure they meet business objectives, and foster collaboration across teams. This role may require occasional international travel and is based in the UK or Guernsey.

Bring your broad experience in supply chain or business project management to the table. Your strong organisational skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail will be invaluable.
As a clear and confident communicator across all organisational levels, you'll play a crucial role in project success. The projects will include working with key departments such as Contact Lenses, Audiology, and Sustainability, to name a few. Therefore, being able to rapidly build strong relationships with stakeholders and build credibility is essential.
You'll shape, define, and initiate projects in alignment with business objectives, be responsible for the project lifecycle, and monitor project objectives, scope, and budgets. It will be your task to secure approval for costs and diligently track and manage expenses within the approved budget.
Your role will extend beyond project completion as you'll capture and apply learnings for continuous improvement in future Supply Chain projects.
The role will be based local to one of our UK or Guernsey offices, for regular opportunities to connect and collaborate with the team. The role may also require some international travel, when required, which is project dependent.
