Required by a fast-paced, boutique, and high-end residential contractor to lead and deliver a luxury dwelling with 7,000 sq ft, including a basement and ancillary buildings in the heart of Buckinghamshire.

Set within a picturesque acre site, this project will include 2nd guest cottages, pool house, 7,000 sq ft barn stables, double garage, and tennis pavilion.

Our client offers an immediate permanent opportunity for a talented Project Manager with a super prime residential background (Newbuild, Refurbishment, Fit Out) and a portfolio of similar projects.

Solution is seeking a diligent, polished, and technically competent manager with an eye for detail and exceptional finishes, who is looking to grow within a highly respected and modern business.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate loyalty and success throughout their career, backed by either a BSc (Hons) degree or MCIOB qualification, with first-class planning (ASTA) and IT skills.

You will be fully supported by a hands-on, inspiring managing director who leads from the front and drives the business forward.
