Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Project Manager to drive mid-sized technical projects from initiation to delivery. You will own the operational relationship with clients, deliver transparent reporting, and guide teams to execute with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
• Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and assign effort and resources to tasks.
• Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within ±5% of target and CSAT >4.0.

• Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
• Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
