Snowflake is seeking a Project Manager to anchor mid-sized technical projects within a fast-moving delivery team. You will ensure visibility, governance, and reporting across the implementation lifecycle, maintaining a customer-centric approach.

The role emphasizes structured planning, meeting leadership, and conflict resolution to keep projects on track while aiming for margin targets and CSAT above 4.0.

Qualifications

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
• SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
• Fluent in German (regional requirements).

Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
• Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and assign effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
• Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
• Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
• Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
