Job description

Project Manager required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers across the UK. This position is based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City, and the successful candidate will work full-time at the office.

Project Manager Job Overview

• Manage between 10-20 projects simultaneously, varying in size and stage.
• Handle handovers from Sales to Projects and from Projects to Support, either in person or remotely, as required by the customer.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Partners, Implementation, Finance, Support, and Development teams.
• Take responsibility for projects from inception (sales) to live status, then hand over to Support.
• Produce a monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) report by the 1st of each month.

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Be a self-starter capable of navigating within the company to find answers or support needed for the role.
• Possess strong communication skills, including preparation for meetings, maintaining composure with customers and colleagues, and identifying common or mutually beneficial solutions.
